Titre : Event-based Size Measurement for Reactive Microservice-based Systems
Résumé : This talk will introduce attendees to a newly developed software size measurement method known as Event-based size. This model is designed specifically for measuring the size of reactive microservice-based systems. Presented by Prof. Dr. Onur Demirörs, the session will provide a detailed overview of the method’s principles and methodologies, accompanied by practical demonstrations through various use cases. Attendees can expect to gain a deeper understanding of this innovative approach and its potential implications for software engineering practices.
Biographie : Onur Demirörs is a professor in the Computer Engineering Department at Izmir Institute of Technology, Türkiye. His research areas include software process improvement, software measurement, software project management, conceptual modeling, and microservices. He received his MSc. Degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, USA, in 1993. He received his Ph.D. degree from SMU in 1995. Contact him at demirorso@gmail.com.
